摘要
目的检测炎症性肠病(IBD)患者血清中S100A12水平及肠道组织标本的表达情况,探讨其对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)和克罗恩病(CD)诊断和鉴别的诊断意义。方法 ELISA法检测IBD患者72例(UC患者53例,CD患者19例),已排除IBD的其他胃肠疾病的患者24例和15例健康人血清中S100A12水平,免疫组化法测定人肠道标本的S100A12表达情况。结果血清中S100A12水平检测:CD组高于UC组,分别为(3 781.39±721.09)ng/L和(3 362.40±596.24)ng/L;S100A12水平与疾病活动度相关性,UC组高于CD组。S100A12水平在UC组和CD组均高于健康对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。免疫组化结果表明,S100A12在IBD患者中表达阳性,健康对照组和疾病对照组未见表达。结论 S100A12阳性有利于IBD的诊断。
Objective To assess the value of S100A12 in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ulcerative colitis(UC) and Crohn′s disease(CD).Methods Serum samples of 72 patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) were obtained from 53 patients with UC,19 patients with CD,24 patients with other non-IBD gastrointestinal conditions and 15 cases healthy control.Levels and positivity rates of S100A12 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Human S100A12 expression of intestinal samples were detected by immunohistochemical methods.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value(PPV) and negative predictive value(NPV) of S100A12 were analyzed.Results Positive expression of S100A12 was found in IBD patients,whereas no expression was found in tissue from healthy control and non-IBD gastrointestinal conditions.Serum levels of S100A12 were higher in CD group[(3 781.39±721.09)ng/L] than that in UC group[(3 362.40±596.24)ng/L],Which was correlation with disease activity.The levels of S100A2 in UC group and CD group were significant higher than that in healthy control(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Positive S100A12 favors the diagnosis of IBD.
