摘要 卫星编队飞行、地球观测、深空探测成像以及高端制造技术的快速发展,对绝对距离测量提出了更高的要求,大距离、超高准确度和快速绝对测距已成为重要的技术支撑,传统的激光测距方法已难以满足此类应用需求。飞秒激光频率梳技术的问世给高性能绝对距离测量带来了革命性的突破。本文主要分析和综述了飞秒激光频率梳测距技术的最新研究进展。 With the rapid development of satellites formation flying,earth observing,imaging of deep space exploration and high-tech manufacturing,the demand for high precision absolute distance measurement is increasing.The rapid and precise measurement of long absolute distance is becoming a critical technical support.The traditional laser ranging technique can hardly meet the demand of such applications.However,the development of femtosecond optical frequency comb technique has brought a revolutionary breakthrough in high-performance absolute distance measurement.In this paper,the latest development and application prospect of distance measurement with femtosecond optical frequency comb are analyzed and summarized.
