摘要 提出纸机干燥部多段通汽系统中喷射式热泵的性能参数计算方法 ,编制出适应纸机特点的喷射式热泵性能分析与结构设计软件 ,给出了喷射式热泵的工作范围与调节特性的计算分析结果。据此在纸机干燥部多段通汽系统中设置喷射器 ,组成热泵系统 ,可明显提高烘缸排水能力 ,降低造纸成本。 The effects of enhanced expelling condensate from drying cylinder and reducing steam consumption are achieved by installing ejector heat pumps in multistage drying section of paper machine. This paper presents the performance analysis method of ejector heat pump in multistage drying system. The software for ejector performance analysis and geometry calculation is established. With the software the working range and adjustment characteristic of ejectors are analyzed.
