摘要
阐述了水电厂运行无人值班 (少人值守 )与计算机监控的关系 ,并对实施中的若干问题进行了思考 ,这对老水电厂的控制系统改造具有重要的指导意义 .
This paper explains the relationships between the computer based supervisory and control system and the unattended mode for hydropower plants.Many problems emerged in realization are taken into consideration.They are very important in refurnishment of control system for old hydropower plants.
