摘要
选用绿能1号等7个不同品种(系)甜高粱作为材料,分别采用不同浓度NaCl溶液对其种子和幼苗进行盐胁迫处理,研究其萌发期和幼苗期的耐盐性,以选育出能够在盐碱地上种植的耐盐甜高粱品种。结果表明:不同甜高粱品种(系)萌发期和幼苗期对盐分的敏感性不同,不同品种(系)间的耐盐性存在差异。随着NaCl浓度的增加,发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数均随之降低。幼苗期生物量也与盐浓度呈负相关。综合萌发期及幼苗期耐盐指标,JZ10及JZ1耐盐性较强,绿能1号耐盐性最弱。
Seven different cultivars or strains of sweet sorghum were treated with different concentrations of NaCl solution during germination or seedling growth period,in order to screen salt-tolerant cultivars to be planted in saline-alkali soil.The results showed that the sensitivity to salinity differed in germination and seedling period in different cultivars.With the increasing of NaCl concentrations,the germination potential,germination percentage and germination index all decreased.Seedling biomass was negatively correlated with salt concentrations.Taking the salt tolerance indexes of germination and seedling into account,JZ10 and JZ1 showed the strongest salt tolerance,while Lvneng-I was the poorest in salinity tolerance.
