蛋白质组学技术在肾脏病诊治领域相关研究进展
Advances in application of proteomics technology in diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases
摘要
近年来,蛋白质组学技术发展迅速,本文较系统地综述了该技术在深入了解肾脏的生理功能、揭示肾脏病的发病机理及辅助肾脏疾病诊治等领域的相关研究进展,对进一步利用蛋白质组学技术研发有效的肾脏损伤标志物具有一定参考价值。
