摘要
近年来幼儿教育事业快速发展,各高校学前教育专业纷纷扩大招生规模,使幼教工作者紧缺现象得到了缓解。但是随着社会对学前教育的高度重视,社会对幼教工作者在综合素质、教育实践能力、尤其是面临复杂情况时的应对能力等方面提出了更高要求。而当下高师学前教育人才培养模式逐渐凸显出来的培养目标的强功利性和办学思路的短视性、培养过程与课程体系建构的滞后性突出、人才培养的评价标准单一等问题也引起了人们的高度关注及反思。改革现有的高师学前教育人才培养模式已成为当前高校学前教育改革与发展的热门话题。笔者经过深入的研究与思考,针对以上问题提出了树立全实践教育理念并在人才培养过程全程贯彻,通过改变单一化的教育教学模式,更新教育理念,创新教育方法与手段,建构完善的课程体系特别是实践课程体系及建立多元化的人才评价标准,促进学生的个性化发展等对策与建议。
Recently, the rapid development of early childhood education and enrollment expansion of preschool education major in many universities alleviates shortages of the workers of early childhood education. However, with the society's increasing attention to preschool education, there are higher requirements for the teachers' comprehensive quality, ability of educational practice and the capacity of coping with the complicated situation. Current talents' training model for preschool education major in higher normal universities gradually exposes many problems: the high utilitarianism in training aims; short-sightedness in school-running thinking; disjunction of the cultivation process and the construction of course systems, monotonous assessment standard, etc. Reforming the current talents' training model of preschool education is a hot topic of educational reform and development of present higher universities' preschool education. After thorough consideration and research, "All Practice", a kind of educational idea, is put forward to promote the students' individual development through, to better the current teaching model, to update teaching idea, to innovate the teaching methods and means, to perfect the course systems, especially the practice Course, and to set up multiple-dimensional talents' assessment standard.
