摘要
基于麦格雷戈的"X理论—Y理论",联系不同的人性假设,同时参照高校学生的心理发展特点,将不同的管理理论运用于高校学生管理中,以便在发展的各个阶段采取相应的管理方式,为学生的个性塑造以及新时期人才培养提供参考。
The paper, based on McGregor's "theory X and Y", aims to study its implications in college students management in China. It reveals the significant point that a variety of management theories can be applied in universities that integrate the human nature hypothesis and college students' psychological properties, in an attempt to benefit their individualistic development into today's talents.
