The reality of expanding of ＂organizational and systematical construction to form fight ability and support ability（OSCFFS）＂ needs to deepening.Based on defining the connotation in perfecting the long result mechanism about weaponry equipment ＂OSCFFS＂,the paper analyzes the function of building the long result mechanism of ＂OSCFFS＂,defines the general requirement,explains of the main content,and puts forward the basic principle and the concrete measure for the long result mechanism of ＂OSCFFS＂.
