中老年知识分子死亡情况及寿命分析

Analysis of Death and Life Expectance in Middle-old Aged Intellectuals

本文共调查了知识分子77469人年,死亡393例,粗死亡率为5.07‰,男性(6.33‰)高于女性(3.12‰)。标化后与全人口对照相比差异不显著。知识分子期望寿命较全人口低约1岁。该人群前3位主要死因分别为肿瘤,心血管病及脑血管病。亚人群分析指出,不同行业知识分子之间死亡率差异非常显著,中小学教师较高,工程技术人员及医务人员居中,大学教师最低。

Mortality data were obtained on 77469 personyear of middle-old aged intellectuals. Crude death rate (CDR) was 5.07‰ for total, 6.63‰ for male, and 3.12‰ for female. The CDR of man was about twice as high as that of woman. The difference of standerdized death rate (SMR) between intelle ctual and general-population (control) was not significant. The expectant life of intellectual was about 1 year lower than that of control. The 3 principal causes of death were cancer, cardial vascular disease, and cerebral vascular disease. The analysis for sub-group of intellectual indicated that there were very significant difference among occupation.The SMR of the teachers in primary and middle schools was the heighest, moderate in medical workers and technologists, and the lowest in the teachers of university.
