摘要
详细分析沙滩清洁车液压阀块的设计原则和步骤,运用Pro/E软件三维参数化设计对液压阀块实体建模,利用与Pro/E无缝集成的Pro/M进行有限元分析.结果表明:沙滩清洁车的液压阀块整体结构性能良好,最小安全系数大于3.5,符合设计要求.
The paper analysises the principle and process of designing hydraulic manifold of beach-cleaner.After solid models is created by Pro/E three-dimensional parameterization,finite element analysis of hydraulic manifold is carried out by Pro/M,which can seamlessly connect to Pro/E.The results indicate that hydraulic manifold of beach-cleaner under design has good integral performance,with the minimum safety coefficient larger than 3.5,meeting with the requirements for design.
