内异方对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠血清及腹腔液IL-2、TNF-α的影响作用

Effects of Neiyifang on IL-2 And TNF-α in Serum And Peritoneal Fluid of EM's Model Rats

目的:探讨蔡氏内异方对子宫内膜异位症血清及腹腔液中细胞因子IL-2,TNF-α的影响作用。进一步阐明蔡氏内异方的作用机理方法:采用SD大鼠自体移植建立EM模型,采用ELISA法检测血清及腹腔液中IL-2,TNF-α的含量。结果:TNF-α在模型组大鼠腹腔液及血清中都明显高于正常组,中药干预组TNF则明显低于模型组。IL-2水平在模型组大鼠血清中低于正常组,而腹腔液中IL-2则明显高于正常组,中药干预组血清中IL-2水平升高,腹腔液中水平下降。结论:血清及腹腔液中细胞因子IL-2,TNF-α水平的不同改变与子宫内膜异位症的发病有关,内异方通过调整IL-2,TNF-α的水平,改善全身和局部免疫水平,协调免疫平衡而达到治疗效果。

Objective ： To investigate the effects of Neiyifang on expressions of IL - 2 and TNF - αin Ems＇serum and peritoneal fluid. To clarify the mechanism. Methods ： The model of Eros in SD rats was duplicated by autologous transplantation, the contents of IL - 2 and TNF - α in serum and peritoneal fluid were detected by ELISA. Results ： The level of TNF -α in serum and peritoneal fluid in the model group was clearly higher than the normal group, in the TCM group was clearly lower than the model group, the level of TNF was clearly lower than that in the model group. The level of IL -2 in serum was lower than that in the nomal group, while in peritoneal fluid was clearly higher than that in the model group and the TCM group . The content of IL - 2 increased in serum while decreased in peritoneal fluid. Conclusion ： The different changes of IL - 2 and TNF - α in serum and peritoneal fluid were related to the occur of Ems, Neiyifang treating Ems is related to adjusting the levels of IL - 2 and TNF - α ,improving the whole body＇s and local immunity function and coordinating the balance of immunity.
