摘要
目的观察蜂针疗法治疗双膝骨性关节炎（OA）的临床疗效。方法将100例双OA患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组50例，治疗组采用蜂针疗法，对照组采用西乐葆口服，观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组50例中，显效29例，好转18例，无效3例；对照组50例中，显效6例，好转27例，无效17例。治疗组与对照组总有效率（94％与73％）和显效率（58％与12％）比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论蜂针治疗双膝OA具有较好的临床效果。
Objective To study the clinical effects observation of bees needle therapy to treat knees osteoarthritis .Methods 100 cases patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, each group has 50 cases. Treatment group taking bees needle therapy; the control group taking Celebrex. Then observe the clinical curative effect of two groups. Results Treatment group in 50 cases had marked effect 29 cases,18 were effective, 3 no effect; Control group in 50 cases had marked effect 6 cases,27 were effective, 17 no effect. The treatment group and control group＇s obvious effective rate （94% and 73%）and total effectiveness （58% and 12%） comparative difference was stalistically significant （P〈0.05）.
