摘要
针对中厚板常化炉的计算机控制系统,详细介绍了辊道控制子系统,并提出了一种基于自校正神经网络PID优化控制算法.采用此算法的常化炉辊道控制系统运行稳定,产品性能指标、生产效率显著提高.
For the computer control system of the normalizing furnace with the medium steel plate, its subsystem of roller control system is introduced, PID control algorithm based on the self-adjusting artificial neural network is mentioned. The roller control system of normalizing furnace worked stably by adopting the algorithm. In addition, production efficiency and property index improved.
