摘要
高职教育培养高素质技能型专门人才的根本任务和职业性就业与教育发展相融合的培养目标,决定了高职院校教师身份的特殊性。在教学实践上,高职教师要坚持"四力并重",即教学能力、研究能力、实操能力、创新能力并重。在教学内容落实上,坚持"三心二意",即爱心、耐心、责任心"三心"归一,注意、在意"二意"提升。
The fundamental task for higher vocational education to cultivate high-quality skilled talents and the cultivating goal with the combination of vocational employment and education development determine the specificity of teachers' identity in higher vocational colleges. In teaching practice higher vocational teachers should stick to "four forces equal", which is paying equal attention to teaching ability, research ability, practical operating ability and innovative ability. In the implementation of teaching content, they should stick to "half-hearted", which refers to three feelings, including love, patience and responsibility, and two meanings, including attention and care.
