Various uncertainty factors were discussed in determination of magnesium sulfate injection by volumetric method.Each component of uncertainty was calculated by analysis of various factors influencing the determination.The combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were obtained（k=2）.The established uncertainty assessment method can be used for uncertainty evaluation in determination of magnesium sulfate injection by volumetric method.
