摘要
以蓝脉、红色、粉色、玫红色、苹果色、粉脉6个矮牵牛品种为试材,采其开花前叶片,分别测定其过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、可溶性蛋白质含量等指标,比较分析各个品种在当地的适应环境的能力。结果表明:玫红色和粉色品种具有最强抗逆性,而蓝脉和粉脉品种最差。
Taking six different species of Petunia hybrida (blue veins, red color, pink color, rose color, apple color, pink veins) as test material. The leaves of Petunia hybrida were collected to do experiments before their flowerings and the activity of POD, content of MDA,activities of PAL, SOD, CAT, content of soluble protein were determined, to analyzed the accommodate ability to local enviroment between different varieties. The results showed that rose color and pink color Petunia hybrida had the most resistance while blue veins and pink veins had the lowest.
