目的:本文拟制备洛索洛芬钠缓释微球,以期达到缓释,降低毒副作用,维持平稳的血药浓度,提高病人顺应性等目的。方法:本文通过单因素考察试验和正交试验,优化了处方及制备工艺。结果:采用乳化-交联法制备微球,筛选了最优处方,确定了可行的制备方法。

Methods： Optimized the technology of formulation and preparation by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Results： Using emulsion crosslink preparation of microspheres, screening the optimal prescription, establish the feasible preparation method.
