神经外科介入手术治疗的围手术期护理

Perioperative Care of Neurosurgery Intervention

目的探讨神经外科介入治疗围手术期的护理,总结神经外科介入治疗的临床护理工作经验,提高护理质量。方法回顾性总结和分析120例接受经外科介入治疗患者的术前、术中、术后的护理工作及成效。结果 120例患者中有2例合并肺部感染,经积极抗感染治疗,定时翻身拍背、吸痰等护理,患者痊愈。有6例患者术前已有偏瘫,术后经3～6个月康复训练可在助行辅助下行走或自行走动。1例术前无肢体活动障碍,术后出现偏瘫,正常康复治疗中。结论良好的护理工作是介入手术成功不可或缺的重要部分,做好围手术期护理是减轻患者痛苦,降低死亡率及严重并发症的发生,提高介入手术治疗成功率的主要措施之一。

Objective To study the perioperative care of neural surgical intervention, to summarize the clinical nursing experience for neurosurgery interventional treatment, and to improve the quality of nursing. Methods A retrospective summary and analysis was done of the nursing work and the effects in 120 patients who underwent surgical intervention treatment. Results In the 120 patients pulmonary infection occurred in 2 cases. After the positive anti-infection treatment, regularly turn over pat back and sucking phlegm nursing, patients recovered. Six patients with preoperative hemiplegia could walk and move in auxiliary around on his own after 3 - 6 months of rehabilitation training. One had postoperative hemiplegia and was in normal rehabilitation therapy. Conclusion Good nursing in intervention operation is the important part of the success. Perioperative care can reduce pain, mortality and serious complications, and improve the success rate of surgical treatment.
