摘要
目的研究芭蕉根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、光谱等数据进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果从芭蕉根的醋酸乙酯萃取物中分离出3个化合物,分别鉴定为:羽扇豆酮、棕榈酸、β-谷甾醇。结论化合物羽扇豆酮、棕榈酸、β-谷甾醇为首次从芭蕉根中分离得到。
Objective To study chemical constituents of Rhizoma Musae. Methods Ilica gel column chromatography was employed for the isolation and purification.The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical methods. Results 3 compounds were identified as follows: lupeone,palmitic acid and β-sitosterol. Conclusion These compounds were isolated from Rhizoma Musae for the first time.
