血清hs-CRP、sICAM-1、ECP及TNF-α水平检测在支气管哮喘中的检测价值研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨血清hs-CRP、sICAM-1、ECP及TNF-α水平检测在支气管哮喘中的检测价值。方法选取2008年9月至2011年10月于本院进行治疗的27例支气管哮喘患者为观察组,同时选取同期的27名健康体检人员为对照组,后将两组人员的血清hs-CRP、sICAM-1、ECP及TNF-α水平进行检测及比较。结果观察组的血清hs-CRP、sICAM-1、ECP及TNF-α水平均高于对照组,且急性发作期患者明显高于缓解期患者,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论血清hs-CRP、sICAM-1、ECP及TNF-α水平检测在支气管哮喘中的检测价值较高,且可反应疾病的发展转归。
