针对影响客户平均接电时间的主要结症,四川德阳城区供电局将前移工作任务、拓展业务平台、实现数据共享践行优质服务等改进业扩工作细节的几项措施运用到了实际工作中。实践证明,这些细节的改进切实有效地缩短了平均接电时间,同时也拓宽了业扩工作的思路。
According to main reasons affecting the average electrical connection time for the customers, Deyang City, Sichuan Power Bureau applies many measures into practice which can improve business expansion work detail such as putting forward tasks, expanding their business platform, realizing data sharing, and optimal services. The practice proves that these improvements in detail effectively reduce the average power access time and also broaden the idea of business expansion work.
