摘要
临床思维是临床能力的核心和基础,医学生在实习阶段的重点就是要学会建立疾病的现象与本质之间的联系,培养对患者所患疾病及其治疗方案作出科学判断的思维方式。医学生在实习阶段可以通过多种手段培养和提高临床思维能力。在临床教学工作中注重基础理论的学习和强调理论与实践相结合,提高问诊和查体效率,提高病案书写质量;诊疗过程中问题的引导,规范化教学查房,督促学生参加专业学术活动和教学活动,提倡学生积极参与健康教育等途径,从而促进医学生实习过程中临床思维的培养与提高。
Clinical thinking is the core and basis of clinical ability. The key during practice is that medical students should learn to build connection between the phenomenon and essence of disease and train to form thinking mode of making scientific judgment of disease and therapeutic schedule. Medical students can train and improve their clinical thinking ability through multi-means in practice phase. In clinical teaching, we lay stress on the learning of basis theory and the combination between theory and practice for improving efficient of interrogation and physical examination and writing quality of medical records; it promotes training and improvement of clinical thinking of medical students during practice process by ways such as ade- quate problems guidance during diagnosis and treatment, standardization of teaching ward round of doctors, supervising students to join professional a- cademic activities and teaching activities and health education.
