肿瘤的细胞治疗的研究现状及临床应用

Advances in the Basic Research of Antitumor Cytotherapy Development and Its Clinical Applications

本文通过对文献检索和归纳总结,介绍了抗肿瘤治疗中细胞治疗的研究及发展现状及其在临床中的应用。细胞治疗是目前肿瘤生物治疗领域研究的热点,并且国内和国际已经完成了多项Ⅰ/Ⅱ期临床试验,部分已经完成了Ⅲ期临床试验。随着研究的深入,细胞治疗将发挥更重要的作用,得到更广泛的认识和肯定。

The advances in the development of cytotherapy in antitumor therapy and the clinical applications were reviewed.Cell therapy has become a hot area of antitumor therapy.Many of the finished studies were phaseⅠ/Ⅱclinical trial,and some were phase Ⅲ clinical trial.With deeper researches,cell therapy will be more widely recognized and fulfill more critical role in antitumor therapy.
