摘要
本文是基于某陶瓷厂的GC2000LAH型柴油发电机组在运行大约400小时左右,机组轴系出现连续性轴向窜动故障现象的基础上,对GC2000LAH型柴油发电机组轴系的轴向窜动故障原因进行分析与故障排除:借助轴系动力学行为表现特性,分析了轴系的轴向窜动对机组的工作性能、可靠性和使用寿命造成的影响;根据现场对轴向窜动原因的分析结果,说明故障排除的方法和步骤,并为柴油发电机组在制造、安装和调试过程,提出了相应的建议。
This paper analyzes the reasons for shafting axial displacement and removes the fault for GC2000LAH diesel generator set from a ceramic factory, that is the continuous axial displacement after the generator set running about 400 hours. With the help of shafting dynamics characteristics, it analyzes the effect of shafting axial displacement on the engine set working performance, reliability and service life, shows the troubleshooting methods and steps according to the displacement reason and also puts forward the corresponding proposal for generator set during manufacture, installation and debugging.
