新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病早期干预的护理研究

Early Nursing Intervention for Neonatal Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy

目的探讨早期干预对减少新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患者的伤残率,提高其生存质量的意义。方法对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿采取早期干预的护理并与常规护理作回顾性比较。结果早期干预组104例患儿中,发生智力低下4例,确诊为脑瘫4例,IQ>100分为8例;对照组102例患儿中发生智力低下14例,确诊为脑瘫10例,IQ>100分2例;早期干预组智力低下及脑瘫的发病率均明显低于对照组,其智商测定值显著高于对照组。结论早期护理干预能提高患儿的生存质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the significance of early nursing intervention in reducing disability rate and in improving living quality of children with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods A retrospective comparison was made between effects of the early nursing intervention and routine nursing in children with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Results Out of the 104 children in early intervention group,mental retardation was found in 4 cases,diagnosed cerebral palsy in 4 cases,IQ〉100 in 8 cases while out of the 102 children in routine nursing group,mental retardation in 14 cases,diagnosed cerebral palsy in 10 cases,IQ〉100 in 2 cases;the incidence of mental retardation and cerebral palsy in early intervention group was obviously lower than that in routine nursing group while the measured value of IQ was obviously higher than that in routine nursing group.Conclusions The early nursing intervention can greatly improve the living quality of the children with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,and it is worthy of being widely applied.
