中国省域文化产业效率测算及影响因素实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on Calculation and Influencing Factors of Provincial Cultural Industry Efficiency in China

利用BCC模型和超效率DEA模型测算了2004～2008年中国各省份文化产业的效率,运用面板数据模型对文化产业效率的影响因素进行了实证检验。研究发现:(1)中国文化产业效率稳步提高,与规模效率相比,纯技术效率对文化产业效率的增长贡献更大;(2)中国文化产业的纯技术效率存在显著的地区差异,而规模效率的地区差异性并不明显;(3)本地市场效应与城市化经济是中国文化产业效率改进的两大动力,并且文化产业效率的影响因素存在区域差异。

This paper measures provincial cultural industry efficiency of China from 2004 to 2008 by BCC model and super DEA model,and applies panel data model to empirically test the influencing factors of the cultural industry efficiency.The results show that：（1） culture industry efficiency of china improves steadily,and compared with scale efficiency,pure technical efficiency has greater contribution to the growth of cultural industry efficiency;（2） pure technical efficiency of Chinese cultural industry has significant regional disparity,whereas regional disparity of scale efficiency is not obvious;（3） home market effect and urbanized economy are promoter of cultural industry efficiency,and influencing factors of cultural industry efficiency are regionally different.
