摘要
上世纪末以来,中国本土图画书创作在汹涌而来的外国图画书的影响下逐渐得以发展,但难与之抗衡。熊亮等怀有民族文化焦虑感的创作者选择民族化道路来突围,致力于给中国孩子一个"可记忆的中国",其不断拓进的系列图画书创作轨迹显现了民族化道路的多种可能性。这类充满中国文化精神和艺术旨趣的原创图画书开创了本土图画书的新局面。然而相比世界经典图画书,这种探索存在着某些误区或束缚。如何处理好文化与童心、民族性与国际性、现代与传统及其文与图的关系,是关键所在。
Since the end of the last century, a large number of foreign picture books have been introduced into China and stimulated the development of Chinese domestic picture books. Xiong Liang and other Chinese artists who have strong anxiety about their national identity began to seek the way out of the besiegement of for- eign products and attempt to give children "a memorable China". The path mapped by the serials of picture books created by such artists, which manifest Chinese cultural spirit and artistic flavour, has shown great potentials and created a new situation for the development of Chinese picture books. However, compared with the world classics of this kind, their endeavours and explorations are not free of limitations. The key to rising above the difficulties is how to deal with the tensions between: culture and children's mind; nationality and internationality ; tradition and modernity; words and pictures.
