摘要
介绍了超高压饮料杀菌的两种处理工艺及两类设备的设计方案 ,评述了超高压食品加工技术的优点及其在国内发展的解决策略。
Two kinds of processing technology and the designing schemes of the two kinds of equipments of ultra high pressure to beverage sterilization have been introduced, together with specifying its distinctive advantages and its domestic solving strategy of development.
