摘要 目的:对临床护理带教水平进行评价,以期更客观地评估临床护理带教教师的带教水平,为改进临床护理带教水平测评工作提供有益参考。方法:建立临床护理带教水平评价指标体系,构建临床护理带教水平模糊综合评价模型,进行综合评价。结果:利用该模型对某位临床护理带教教师带教水平进行了评价,综合评分为83.7分,总评处于良好。结论:模糊综合评判法是一种半定性半定量分析方法,能够真实、客观地反映临床护理带教教师的带教水平,在工作中可以利用它为医院的管理决策提供服务。 Objective: The clinical nursing teaching level has been objectively evaluated in order to provide useful reference for improving the evaluation work of the level of clinical nursing teaching. Methods: The evaluation index system of the clinical nursing teaching level was established, and the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the clinical nursing teaching level was constructed, then the comprehensive evaluation was carried out. Results : The model was taken for evaluating the teaching level of a clinical nursing teacher, the comprehensive score was 83.7 points, and the final conclusion is good. Conclusion: The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a semi -qualitative and semi -quantitative analysis method, can truly and objectively reflect the teaching level of the clinical nursing teacher, during the actual work can be used for the sector of the hospital management to provide service for decisionmaking.
