桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Guizhi Fuling Capsule Treating Endometriosis

桂枝茯苓胶囊具有活血化瘀、消症散结之功效。根据中医辨证论治的理念,子宫内膜异位属于瘀血内阻,应治以活血化瘀之法。故将104例病人分为两组,治疗组和对照组分别服用桂枝茯苓胶囊和血府逐瘀胶囊,结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊内服治疗子宫内膜异位症有较好的疗效。

Objective： Guizhi Fuling Capsule has the effect on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. On the base of syndrome differentiation, endometriosis is cause by blood stasis, and it should be treated by the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Methods ： 104 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group（52 cases）and control group（52 cases）. The control group was treated with Xnfu Zhnyu Capsule. The treatment group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule on the basis of control. Results ： The efficiency is 69.23% in treatment group and 57.69% in control group. The treatment group is better than eontrol group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Guizhi Fuling Capsule had the obvious curative effect on treating endometriosis.
