诃子对鸡离体空肠运动的影响

Effect of Terminalia chebula Retz on the motility of jejunum in chook

采用离体器官试验法,以鸡的空肠平滑肌张力和频率变化为指标,将鸡的离体空肠置于恒温通气林格液中,分别加入浓度为5mg/mL、10mg/mL、20mg/mL的诃子粗提物溶液,观察并记录数据。结果显示,5～20mg/mL诃子粗提物溶液均能明显抑制鸡离体空肠平滑肌运动。

Using the experiment of isolated apparatus,and setting jejunum of chook intestinal smooth muscle tension and frequency change as indicators,in vitro test tube and biological signal acquisition system were used.The jejunum of chook was put in the magnus′ bath with Ringer′s solution,and then different doses of Terminalia chebula Retz 5 mg/mL,10 mg/mL and 20 mg/mL were added to observe the tension and frequency change of the isolated intestine.The results show that 5~20 mg/mL aqueous extract of Terminalia chebula Retz had significantly inhibitory effect on the motility of jejunum in chook.
