On Quality-oriented Agriculture

摘要 从国际农业大市场建设、我国农业可持续发展、农业产业化及社会经济发展和人们的消费水平不断提高 4个方面 ,分析了我国发展质量农业的必要性 ;同时 ,分析了质量农业所具有的产品品质的主导性、市场环境的适应性、质量保证的全程性、生产活动的精确性等特点。据此 ,提出了发展我国质量农业的几点措施 ,即积极建立质量农业发展的技术支撑体系 ;深化农产品市场流通体制改革 ,推进农业生产企业化经营 ;以小城镇建设为契机 ,拉动质量农业持续发展 ;建立健全农产品质量监督与保障体系。 Based on the analysis of internationalization of agricultural markets, sustainable agricultural development, agricultural industrialization development, this article thinks that China should change the agricultural development strategy from quantityoriented agriculture into qualityoriented agriculture. And the author put forward four parts characteristics of qualityoriented agriculture , which are quality domination of agricultural products, suitability of market environment, quality ensure of agricultural products during producing process and preciseness of agricultural producing activities. Given that, some suggestions are given to develop Chinese qualityoriented agriculture.
