碳纤维复合材料抽油杆应用技术进展 被引量:9

摘要 碳纤维复合材料抽油杆是近几年来兴起的一种新型柔性抽油杆,具有轻质、高强度、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳及结构功能一体化等优异性能,成为解决传统抽油杆失效问题很有发展前途的重要方法之一。文章综述了碳纤维复合材料抽油杆的性能、应用技术及其进展情况,简要叙述了前期应用失效的原因。文章认为,碳纤维复合材料抽油杆配套设备开发与应用属于一项系统工程,重点应放在作业车和配套采油工艺的研究上,应用技术开发是制约碳纤维复合材料抽油杆大规模推广的亟待解决的问题。 Carbon fiber composite sucker rods is a new flexible sucker rods, it could solve the failure problem of traditional sucker rods due to their light weight, high specific strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion prevention, anti-fatigue and structure-function integration. The properties, application technique and development progress of carbon fiber composite sucker rods were presented, the application failure reasons of carbon fiber composite sucker rods in preliminary stage were analyzed. The paper put forward the view that the carbon fiber composite sucker rods technique is a system engineering, the research of application technology should emphasis on the development of mating equipment and mating oil production technology research.
