老年糖尿病370例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 370 old patients with diabetes mellitus

目的:分析老年糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者临床特点。方法:对370例老年DM患者进行病案资料收集及统计学分析。结果:与男性患者相比,女性老年患者外周血管动脉硬化症、无症状性菌尿(ASB)发生率显著升高(P<0.05);与<70岁患者相比,≥70岁患者胱抑素C水平、ASB的发生率、外周血管动脉硬化症及高血压发生率显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:老年DM患者基础疾病多,已出现慢性并发症,建议优化降糖治疗,避免低血糖发生;ASB是DM常见的慢性并发症之一。

Objective：To investigate the characteristics of diabetes mellitus in the old patients.Methods：The clinical data of 370 old patients with diabetes mellitus were collected and analyzed.Results：Compared with the male patients,the female patients were more easily affected by the peripheral arterial disease and asymptomatic bacteriuria（P〈0.05）.Compared with the patients under the age of 70,the patients over 70 had a higher level of cystatin C and the incidence of asymptomatic bacteriuria,peripheral arterial disease and hypertension increased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The old patients with diabetes mellitus often suffer from many basal diseases and chronic complications,so their blood sugar should be controlled properly to avoid hypoglycemia;asymptomatic bacteriuria is one part of the chronic complications.
