刺五加叶中黄酮类提取物的抗氧化性及抑菌作用研究 被引量:29

摘要 试验研究了刺五加中黄酮类化合物的抗氧化性及抑菌性,并对所提取的粗黄酮类物质进行定量和定性分析。试验采用紫外分光光度法检测提取物中总黄酮类物质的含量,得率为0.34%。刺五加黄酮提取物表现出较强的清除羟自由基、超氧阴离子和DPPH自由基能力,其抗氧化能力低于芦丁标准品而强于维生素C。采用分光光度法和平板培养法对刺五加黄酮粗品的抑菌性进行研究,结果表明刺五加提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌和荧光假单胞菌都有一定的抑菌效果,并随着刺五加黄酮浓度的增加,其抑菌作用也增强。 The antioxidation and antibacterial properties of flavonoids extracted from acanthopana x leaves were studied and the quantitative and qualitative analyses were carried out in this experiment.Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry method,the content of the obtained total flavonoids was determined to be 0.34%.Flavonoids extracted from acanthopanax leaves possessed strong capability of eliminating O2-,·OH and DPPH,its clearance capability was better than that of vitamin c but inferior to rutin.Using spectrophotometry and plating method,the antibacterial property were studied.The results showed that the flavonoids had a certain of bacteriostatic effect to Escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,salmonella and fluorescence pseudomonas,with the increasing of acanthopanax senticocous flavonoids concentration,and the effect of bacteriostatic was also increased.
