两种微创方法治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石临床效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的对比分析输尿管镜技术与微创经皮肾穿刺技术行钬激光碎石治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。方法将198例(210侧)复杂性输尿管上段结石患者随机分为两组,输尿管镜组100例(105侧),行输尿管镜技术钬激光碎石治疗;经皮肾穿刺组98例(105侧),行微创经皮肾穿刺技术钬激光碎石治疗,观察对比两组临床疗效。结果输尿管镜组手术碎石时间与住院天数短于经皮肾穿刺组(P<0.01);两组结石取尽率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);输尿管镜组并发症发生率低于经皮肾穿刺组(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜技术与微创经皮肾穿刺技术行钬激光碎石治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石均有良好临床疗效,输尿管镜技术能减少手术碎石时间和住院时间,并降低术后并发症发生率。
