摘要
从隐性知识管理入手分析了我国工程咨询企业知识管理存在的问题.运用层次分析法对以个人和团队为维度的工程咨询企业隐性知识管理效果构建了指标体系,应用模糊综合评价法对该指标体系进行评价.根据评价结果,提出了基于隐性知识管理的工程咨询企业竞争力的提升策略.
The article analyzes the problems existed in Enterprise Knowledge Management of engineering consulting firms in China from the perspective of the management of tacit knowledge.An evaluation system of Engineering Consulting Corporate tacit knowledge management effectiveness based on AHP is constructed,which from the dimensions of individuals and teams,then using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the index system.According to the evaluation results,the article puts forward some competitiveness enhancement strategy for engineering consulting firm,which is based on tacit knowledge management.
