摘要 采用正交试验设计法研究了影响PE泡沫绝缘料模压发泡质量的因素 ,并结合泡沫塑料的成型原理分析了PE泡沫绝缘料模压发泡工艺过程。结果表明 :模塑温度和模塑时间是最主要的影响因素 ,其中模塑温度影响最大。模塑温度过高和模塑时间过长会导致气泡的合并。 The influence on foaming quality of foam insulating PE in molding is studied by use of orthogonal design experimentation. And the process engineering of molding of foaming insulating PE is analyzed by means of processing mechanism of foam plastics. The results show that the major factors that affect foaming quality are molding temperature and time, Therin the most important factor is the molding temperature. Too high molding temperature and time molding, it could cause the bubbles combine, sink and burst.
