摘要
采用离体子宫法,研究了益母草及其复方制剂对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的作用。结果:大鼠离体子宫平滑肌在缩宫素的作用下收缩频率显著增加,而收缩幅度无显著变化;3min后分别给益母草、复方制剂及含药血清,均可见其收缩频率减慢,活动力减弱。结论:益母草及其复方制剂对缩宫素引起的大鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩均有显著的抑制作用。
Adopted the method of isolated uterus to observe the effect of Leonurus and its compound preparation on isolated smooth muscle of rats.The results showed that the construction frequency of excised uterus smooth muscle obviously increased,but the change of construction amplitude wasn＇t obviously with adding oxytocin.After three minutes,adding Leonurus,its compound preparation and pastille serum,respectively,it appeared that the construction frequency of excised uterus smooth muscle slowed and its acticity weakened.Conclusion,Leonurus and its compound preparation have markedly inhibited action on the construction of isolated smooth muscle leading by oxytocin.
