摘要
基于双膜理论 ,考虑了气液液膜内、固液液膜内传质过程 ,推导出一个较确切的描述液固相界面随反应进行发生变化时伴有气体吸收与固体溶解并在液膜内发生瞬间反应的模型 ,给出一个新的描述三相反应过程的固体溶解增强因子的表达式。用本模型计算的固体溶解增强因子能很好地描述实验数据。
Based on the film theory, a new refined model was proposed by taking account of the reduction of solid-liquid interfacial area due to the solid dissolution, which can be perfectly used to describe an instantaneous chemical reaction within the liquid film between dissolved gas and solid reactants accompanying with the mass transfer in the liquid films near gas-liquid interface and around solid particles An expression for enhancement factor of the solid dissolution rate was derived on account of reaction, and the influences of the model parameters on the enhancement factor were discussed Comparison with experimental results indicates that the effect of solid dissolution is of importance and can not be neglected in the case of solids being as reactant in gas-liquid-solid reaction systems In addition, the model proposed by this paper can reasonably explain why the values of gas absorption enhancement predicted by the Kojimas' model were higher than that of their experimental data
