大学新生适应性团体辅导的实验性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨团体心理辅导对大学新生心理健康状况的影响作用。方法选取1组新生进行适应性团体辅导,采用SCL-90量表对团体成员辅导前、后的测评,及自制团体反馈表的考察,对辅导效果进行评估。结果团体辅导后,被试的总均分、阳性项目数、阳性项目均分及4个心理健康因子上的评分有明显改善;多数成员比以前自信、开朗,表达内心想法的愿望与能力增强。结论团体辅导能增进大学新生归属感,促进其人际关系和谐,帮助大学新生更好地了解、调控自我。 Objective To explore the influence of group psychological guidance on psychological health in university freshmen.Methods A group of freshmen was given adaptability group guidance.The group members were assessed by using SCL-90 scale before and after the guidance,and they were observed by using self-made group feedback table.The results of guidance were evaluated.Results After the guidance,the total average scores,positive items,average score of positive items and scores of 4 factors of psychological health were significantly improved.The most of group members were more confident and outgoing,and their desires and abilities to express their inner thought were promoted.Conclusion Group guidance can improve the belonging in freshmen,increase compatible interpersonal relationships and help they to understand and regulate themselves better.
