试论数字作品的知识产权保护

On the Protection of Intellectual Property to Digital Works

作为信息社会发展原动力的数字技术的不断发展和普及 ,导致了一系列数字作品的出现 ,进而给现行知识产权制度带来若干新的问题。本文着重探讨了信息产业界最为关注的部分数字作品 (计算机软件、数据库、多媒体作品等 )在信息化社会中的知识产权保护问题。

The high development and popularization of digital technology which is the original forces in information society lead to a series of digital works. The problems brought by the appearance of digital works have caused the popular attention of current system of intellectual property. Our dissertation discusses the protection of some parts of digital works,such as computer software,databases,media works,etc.,which attracts the most attention of the information industry.
