小切口锁定板治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨小切口锁定板治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法对30例胫腓骨粉碎性骨折患者采用多个小切口、闭合复位或利用锁定板推拉加小切口复位,经小切口插入锁定钢板内固定,术后不需外固定。结果 30例患者均手术顺利,手术时间平均70min,术中出血30mL,平均住院时间19d。均获2年随访,其中伤口甲级愈合29例,1例Ⅲ型开放性骨折患者乙级愈合,平均愈合时间12周。无骨折延迟愈合或不愈合,无畸形愈合及内固定失效。按Johner-Wruhs评分,优22例,良5例,中2例,差1例,优良率为90.0%。结论小切口锁定板治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折是效果好的治疗方法。
