摘要 在确定电弧炉容量及冶炼周期后,根据能量需求来确定相匹配的功率,通过对影响电弧炉冶炼匹配电功率的各种因素的研究,确定了电弧炉变压器容量的计算公式。按照高阻抗电弧炉主熔化期电弧稳定性与升温期电弧长度要求,来分别确定电弧炉变压器最高和最低二次电压。以国内某厂160 t高阻抗电弧炉的设计和运行参数为例,对本文确定的高阻抗电弧炉变压器参数计算公式进行了验算。 After determining the capacity and the smelting period of EAF,it is requisite to determine the matching electric power according to the energy demand of the EAF.This paper presents the relation formula of the transformer rated power for the high impedance EAF,by analyzing the various factors which can influence the matching electric power.This paper also analyses the requirements of arc stability and arc length for high impedance EAF during the course of steel melting and warming,then the calculation formulas are also given to det ermine the transformer’s maximum and minimum secondary voltage.The design and operation parameters of domestic160 t high impedance EAF should be used to testify the calculation formulas for the high impedance EAF transformer parameter,and the result is approbated.
