资助高校家庭经济困难学生作为我们党和政府一贯高度重视的民生工程,惠及了千千万万贫困家庭,充分体现了高等教育和谐发展的人本诉求。但随着我国改革的不断深入和经济发展、社会转型、高等教育自身改革和学生群体的不断变化,高校资困助学必须创新工作理念,积极推行"发展型资助",实行由单一资助向多元资助、由无偿资助向相对有偿使用、由解决生活保障向促进学生全面发展的范式转换,真正实现其"帮困扶志、助学立人"的价值旨归。

Support system for underprivileged college students that our party and government have paid great attention to benefits a hundred thousand poverty-stricken families. That best illustrates the humanistic features of the harmonious development of higher education. But with the development of our economy, the transition of our society, the reform of higher education and the change of college students, the supporting work in colleges and universities must advocate the concept of ＂developing support＂ to realize the paradigm transformation single financial support to multiple support, from free support to relatively compensated use, from satisfying the need of living standard security to promoting students＇ sound development. Then we can truly realize the aim of helping underprivileged students set up their ideals and get comprehensive development.
