摘要 目的建立汉桃叶的定性鉴别方法。方法分别采用薄层色谱法和气相色谱进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱的供试品色谱在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色斑点;气相色谱的供试品色谱中存在琥珀酸、反丁烯二酸、丙二酸、苹果酸相应的峰。结论该汉桃叶的薄层色谱鉴别和气相色谱鉴别方法,可操作性强,重现性较好,可用于汉桃叶的定性鉴别。 Objective To establish the qualitative distinction method of the Chinese peach leaf.Methods The Thin Layer Chromatography and the Gas Chromatography method were separately carried on the qualitative distinction.Result The thin layer distinction for tries in the chromatograph reveals the same color spot as the comparison chromatograph;in the chromatography of medicinal materials existence the relevant peaks of Succinic acid,Famaric acid,acid,malic acid comparison.Conclusion The TLC and GC distinctions are accurate and hypersensitized wich can be use to distinguish the qualitative of Chinese peach leaf.
