摘要
研究了淬火和回火温度对含硼低合金高速钢显微组织和性能的影响。结果表明,含硼低合金高速钢组织主要由马氏体和碳硼化合物构成,铸态下碳硼化合物主要以连续网状分布,而淬火后,碳硼化合物出现了断开的倾向,随着淬火温度提高,碳硼化合物的断开倾向越明显,而且部分碳硼化合物溶入基体,促进了基体的强化。回火温度的变化,对碳硼化合物的影响不明显,但随着回火温度的升高,马氏体中会析出二次碳硼化合物,使基体中合金固溶度下降。随着淬火温度上升,含硼低合金高速钢轧辊材料硬度提高。随着回火温度上升,硬度开始下降。
The effect of quenching and tempering temperature on the structure and property of B-bearing LAHSS low alloy high speed steel LAHSS was investigated.The results show that as-cast B-bearing LAHSS consists of martensite and borocarbide.Eutectic borocarbide distributes in a network along the grain boundary.Eutectic borocarbide begins to break after quenching.The breaking tendency is more obvious with the increase of quenching temperature.Moreover,a part of boron element dissolves into the matrix after quenching,which promotes the strengthen of matrix.The change of tempering temperature has no obvious effect on eutectic borocarbide.However,martensite begins to precipitate secondary borocarbide with the increase of tempering temperature,which leads to the decrease of alloy solid solubility in the matrix.The hardness of alloy increases with the increase of quenching temperature.When tempering temperature increase,the hardness of alloy begins to dcrease.
