网络信息资源档案化及其服务的探讨

互联网的发展使得信息成为当今世界的显著特征,信息爆炸与信息湮灭的成为网络信息资源管理中亟待解决的问题。针对不断产生与消失的网络信息资源,本文分析了当前国内外网络信息资源保存的理论和实践中的进展与不足,提出针对网络信息资源档案化及其服务的探讨,针对性地给出了一些我国网络信息资源档案化与建立网络档案学的建议与对策,以期能提高对数字遗产的保护能力,保存下全人类数字时代的共同记忆。

The development of internet makes information to be a distinguishing feature in the world today.The information explosion and information annihilation have been turned into problem to be solved in the web information resources management.According to the web information＇s dynamic producing and disappearing continually,this paper analyzes the theory and practice of current domestic and international web information resources preserving and the development and the deficiency in web archiving and service;discusses the web archiving and service problem related;puts forward several suggestions and countermeasures on Chinese web information resources archiving and web-archive-ology,in hope that it can improve the ability of digital heritage protection,and preserve the whole mankind common memories in the digital age.
