摘要
针对首钢京唐钢铁有限公司2250mm生产线在生产厚规格管线钢时存在层流冷却区域带钢头部温度和长度控制精度低而影响成材率的问题,通过调整带钢片段长度、轧制速度、辊道速度和水阀响应时间,使卷取时头部高温点从650℃降低到620℃以下,高温区长度从5m减小到2m,提高了成材率。
In view of low control accuracy of temperature and length of strip head zone to affect yield rate on 2250mm hot rolling line of Shougang Jingtang Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.,the rolling speed,roller speed,water valve response time and strip length were adjusted.Therefore,the high temperature point of strip head zone was decreased from 650℃ to 620℃,high temperature strip length was reduced from 5m to 2m.
